Translation from voicemail: Hello it’s Chris and Marty, Team 3belowzero, Day 39. Well today was low cloud conditions/complete white out. Hey, yeah, that was pretty exciting moving through that. We almost got onto the plateau today, but we didn’t quite make it given the bad visibility conditions. But we, we, we moved pretty well today despite all that.

Given the weather conditions, we decided to kinda re-jig our food a little bit so we squeezed another day out of the food so In case we need it with the bad weather or something like that we have plenty of food to get us by with one more day. I think we have nine days of food now. Hopefully it will only take us eight days to get to the pole from now.

Not much else to report. Time to keep our mental and physical abilities in check here. It’s going to be a bit of a challenge as our pace kinda got into one sort of pace and sometimes I feel like I’m just slogging along. But we can slog along and still make it to the pole. So that’s pretty much it for today.

Wanted to thank my brothers Pat and Jim Keenan for being in North Bend and watching Keenan this week. So that’s awfully nice for them to be there. And also want to thank all of you who, I believe we we’ve had a lot of Facebook comments forwarded to us. We can’t read them but they have been forwarded to us. And it’s just so, it’s just completely motivating us, and we just love getting all that. So, thanks so much. These are definitely some tough days here, but countdown eight days hopefully. All right, thanks, bye.
