While we are in Antarctica we hope to call in daily voicemail updates that will be posted to our blog.
Here’s an example of a voice message that has been transcribed to text:
Hi! We’re testing our new voice blogging technology that we’re going to be using from Antarctica. What we’re going to do is call in every day while we’re there, letting you know what’s going on. And then the voicemail blog will be posted on our 3 Below Zero site, and also be transcribed there, so if you want to read what we had to say, then you can do that as well. This is a test, and we’re going to see how this works and hopefully we’ll be ready to go with this technology. Thanks.

Thanks Liz! Only 10 days until departure. We’ll spend 5 day in Punta Arenas, Chile doing final prep and then by in Antarctica around Nov. 22.
We hope the weather is perfect and the miles flow easily.
